Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI — a unified platform that combines high-quality robotic hardware with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Today, robotics is fragmented, slow, and closed: most builders are forced to reinvent the same stack again and again, and most ideas never make it past the prototype stage. We exist to change that. THE ROLE We are looking for a Software Engineer (Full-stack) to build the core foundation of Dexmate’s AI-native SaaS platform—from the product experiences users interact with every day to the backend systems that connect users, agents, data, and robots. Responsibilities -Build frontend and backend capabilities for the Dexmate platform and robot management experience. -Develop identity, authentication, authorization, permissions, and multi-tenant platform services. -Build collaborative features including shared state, presence, comments, versioning, and real-time interactions. -Design APIs and action/tool interfaces that allow AI agents to securely interact with platform objects. -Own features end-to-end across product, backend, data, deployment, and production reliability. Requirements -4+ years of full-stack, backend, or platform engineering experience. -Strong experience with modern web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud systems. -Proficiency in React/Next.js or similar frontend technologies and one or more backend languages. -Experience with identity, permissions, collaboration, real-time systems, or SaaS platforms is a plus. -Strong product judgment and ability to build polished, scalable software in an early-stage environment.
