Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at every level, from individual engineers to executive sponsors. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience delivering large-scale live events, media productions, or other high-visibility programs with hard launch dates. Experience integrating and managing SaaS or third-party vendor platforms within a larger technical ecosystem. Experience leading live operations or command-center-style execution under time pressure. A track record of building repeatable playbooks and improving operational processes over time. Hands-on experience with API development and integration — designing, building, and troubleshooting REST or similar APIs to connect distributed systems and third-party services. Proficient in project and program management, including building and driving work-back schedules that hold cross-functional teams accountable to dates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to align and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams. Demonstrated success driving cross-team collaboration to deliver complex projects on fixed, immovable deadlines.
