About the role: We're expanding our engineering team and seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer with a strong passion for designing and building robust, scalable systems. In this role, you'll focus on backend development architecting reliable services, optimizing performance, and ensuring the core of our platforms are secure and maintainable. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that power great customer experiences. If you thrive on solving complex backend challenges and enjoy delivering resilient systems from design through deployment, we’d love to connect. What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across C#, .NET, and React
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product to deliver features that actually move the needle
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape a reliable microservices-based system
  • Hold a high bar for code quality, testing, and documentation — and help others do the same
  • Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure on Azure
  • Get involved in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring where it adds value
  • Bring a user-first mindset and a genuine appetite for continuous learning What you'll bring
  • 6+ years building software with C# and .NET
  • 3+ years working with React or similar front-end frameworks
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
  • Hands-on experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus
  • Strong testing instincts and a commitment to reliable delivery
  • Someone who communicates well, contributes ideas openly and enjoys working cross-functionally
