Apply AI-assisted and agentic development practices and tools to improve engineering productivity, quality, and delivery. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience Experience designing, developing, or operating production software systems or services. Experience developing applications or services using large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, semantic search, or other AI/ML technologies. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Additional skills to strengthen across the team include hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), particularly context management and optimization; building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using Cosmos DB and semantic search; and adopting agentic development practices with tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate implementation, testing, and delivery.
