This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Architect based in Canada. This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on transforming industrial maintenance through digital and AI-enabled solutions. You will own solution design across strategic accounts, translating real-world maintenance workflows into scalable mobile and enterprise processes. Working directly with operations, reliability, and IT leaders, you will lead onsite discovery, define future-state processes, and guide implementation teams. You will also assess existing deployments, identify opportunities for optimization and expansion, and turn operational gaps into actionable improvement plans. The role combines deep maintenance expertise, SAP PM/EAM consulting, solution architecture, business-case development, and executive communication. You will work across technical, commercial, and functional teams while influencing how major industrial organizations modernize maintenance operations. With global exposure and up to 50% travel, this position offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of industrial maintenance.
