We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to serve as a strategic advisor and transformation leader for Oracle HCM Cloud clients. This role bridges executive vision and implementation execution, helping organizations define transformation strategies, align stakeholders, and maximize the long-term value of their Oracle HCM investments.

The Senior Solution Architect partners with executive leaders throughout large-scale implementation and transformation programs, guiding strategic decisions, developing future-state operating models, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and solution architecture. This individual provides leadership across multiple workstreams, mentors Solution Architects, and helps shape the overall direction of complex client engagements.

Beyond project delivery, the Senior Solution Architect plays a critical role in business development, executive advisory, strategic roadmap development, and practice leadership. They help clients answer not only "how should we implement this?" but also "what should we do and why?"

Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Transformation Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders throughout Oracle HCM Cloud transformation initiatives.

  • Facilitate strategic discovery sessions to understand organizational goals, challenges, risks, and opportunities.

  • Guide executive decision-making related to business transformation, operating model evolution, implementation strategy, and organizational readiness.

  • Help clients define future-state business capabilities and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Support and/or lead executive steering committee discussions and strategic governance meetings.

  • Provide objective guidance on complex business and technology decisions.

Enterprise Architecture & Multi-Workstream Leadership

  • Provide architectural leadership across large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programs spanning multiple workstreams and functional areas.

  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, implementation approach, and solution architecture.

  • Evaluate complex business requirements and organizational challenges to develop scalable transformation strategies.

  • Partner with Solution Architects to ensure consistency across solution design decisions.

  • Identify cross-functional impacts, risks, and dependencies throughout transformation programs.

  • Guide architectural decisions that influence long-term business and technology outcomes.

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development

  • Develop implementation, adoption, optimization, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.

  • Assess organizational maturity and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and technology adoption.

  • Recommend strategies that balance business priorities, risk, and resource constraints.

  • Align client roadmaps with Oracle product innovation and industry leading practices.

  • Support long-term planning beyond initial implementation phases.

Presales & Business Growth Leadership

  • Lead strategic presales engagements and discovery conversations.

  • Partner with sales leadership to shape solution strategy, implementation approach, and transformation vision.

  • Support and/or lead executive presentations, solution workshops, and client strategy sessions.

  • Help define engagement scope, assumptions, estimates, and statements of work.

  • Articulate business value, transformation outcomes, and return on investment to prospective clients.

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional transformation initiatives and services.

Practice Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach team members across delivery engagements.

  • Provide guidance on solution design, stakeholder management, and transformation strategy.

  • Establish and promote architectural standards, implementation best practices, and delivery methodologies.

  • Support practice leadership in developing organizational capabilities and consulting excellence.

  • Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and strategic delivery approaches.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, including solution architecture and transformational advisory responsibilities.

  • Deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules and end-to-end HCM processes.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and implementation programs.

  • Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business discussions.

  • Experience defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Strong presales, discovery, and client advisory experience.

  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams and influence decisions across complex organizations.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across multiple modules.

  • Experience leading global or highly complex enterprise HCM transformations.

  • Track record of mentoring Solution Architects and delivery teams.

  • Experience supporting business development and strategic sales pursuits.

  • Consulting experience spanning both solution delivery and executive advisory services.

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates

  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs in and outside of the United States

This position requires periodic travel to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities. Candidates must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for these required business purposes. At this time, the Company is unable to provide sponsorship for U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, where such sponsorship is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation for this position ranges from USD $160,000 - $185,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation also includes an annual bonus of up to 20%, paid in quarterly installments.
