Senior Specialist - Search Marketing - SEO + AEO + Content

Our partner is looking for a Senior Specialist - Search Marketing - SEO + AEO + Content based in Brazil. This role will lead global search marketing initiatives across a wide range of digital properties, combining SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and content strategy to strengthen online visibility and drive business results. As an individual contributor, you will own end-to-end search marketing initiatives while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. You will develop search-driven content strategies based on user intent, search demand, and conversion opportunities. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of digital marketing, emerging AI-powered search technologies, analytics, and content optimization. You will also help establish search marketing standards, processes, and best practices across the organization. Lead and execute end-to-end search marketing initiatives, including SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), across multiple digital properties. Develop and support global content strategies that align with search objectives, user needs, and conversion goals. Define keyword strategies, content themes, search-driven content architectures, and conversion-focused frameworks. Create and optimize high-quality content based on user intent, search demand, and buyer journey stages. Conduct technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and website health assessments to identify and address opportunities. Partner with developers, writers, designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to implement search and content strategies effectively. Analyze search performance and develop reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights. Stay informed about SEO trends, AI-powered search developments, AEO practices, and evolving industry standards. Contribute to the creation and adoption of search marketing standards, processes, guidelines, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through automation and effective use of digital marketing tools. Integrate search marketing initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies and channels. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members when needed. Requirements Proven professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), with strong knowledge of AI-powered search optimization and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Strong expertise in content strategy, search-driven content architecture, user intent analysis, and buyer journey mapping. Demonstrated ability to develop keyword strategies, content themes, and content frameworks designed to support engagement and conversions. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Adobe Analytics. Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex search concepts into clear recommendations. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams. Experience mentoring or coaching junior professionals is a plus. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. Experience with marketing automation tools and processes is a plus.
