The role builds enterprise solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Data and Experience Clouds, with Agentforce workflows, prompt orchestration, autonomous agents, integrations, release management and secure reusable development.
Requirements & qualifications
Air India states a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud experience, hands-on Service/Data Cloud and Agentforce AI orchestration experience, and Salesforce PD1 certification; PD2 and additional AI experience are preferred.
