In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, develop team capabilities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   What you will be working on Lead daily production operations to ensure manufacturing plans are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Allocate and manage workforce resources, monitor production progress, and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions Provide regular updates on production performance, challenges, and shift status to manufacturing leadership Lead, coach, and develop technicians and operators to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives Manage hiring, performance reviews, workforce planning, and employee development activities for the production team Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity Ensure compliance with ASM quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and EHS requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace while promoting a strong safety culture Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and other production teams to support business goals Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures to support operational excellence   What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, capital equipment, aviation, semiconductor, or other technical production environment Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience managing technicians, operators, or manufacturing personnel Hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing, assembly, troubleshooting, or related technical operations Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage production priorities and effectively allocate resources to meet business objectives Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety   What sets you apart Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or other high-tech manufacturing industries Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects Experience with production planning, workforce scheduling, and capacity management Familiarity with ERP, MES, SAP, or other manufacturing systems Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze operational data and drive improvements Proven track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing production teams Experience working in a global and multicultural manufacturing environment   Apply today to be part of what’s next.
