We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to serve in a contract role and be an integral member of the Pattern business during that time. We’re looking for a strategic and analytical individual who can create strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in order to bring world class talent to Pattern. This is a full-time contractor position to cover maternity leave. The contract will be from August 2026 - December 31st, 2026. There will be potential for conversion to a full-time permanent role, subject to performance and business needs.
