We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build Glow with us by bringing exceptional people to the team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who gets excited about finding great talent, building outstanding teams, and being a key part of a fast-growing startup. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and data-driven guidance.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across multiple channels.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, speed, and thoughtful interactions throughout the process.
• Build and strengthen Glow's employer brand through referrals, networking, and community engagement. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
• Must have hands-on experience recruiting Software Engineers and building technical talent pipelines.
• Experience hiring for additional functions (Product, Security, Data, Design, Research, etc.) is a plus.
• Previous management experience is a big plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines for competitive technical markets.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Experience with global GTM recruiting is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. At Glow, we believe our greatest strength is our people.
