You’ll act as a trusted talent partner across our Commercial and Product organizations, owning full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles across sales, programs, delivery, product management, product design and product operations. • Deliver impact hires - Manage ~8-10 roles across GTM and Product, achieving quality & efficiency metrics.
• Source and engage niche talent - Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill GTM and Product roles, adapting tactics dynamically to market shifts.
• Work AI-native - Use AI tools across sourcing, screening, market mapping, and scheduling to move faster and make sharper calls, and keep Ashby (our ATS) as the single source of truth for pipeline and process.
• Partner with hiring teams - Act as a trusted partner and process owner, guiding GTM and Product leaders through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Drive process excellence - Uphold rigor and consistency in Ashby workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Enhance TA capability - Share best practices, insights, and market data to help strengthen recruiting acumen across the broader team. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must haves:
• GTM and/or Product Hiring Experience: A proven track record recruiting senior commercial and/or product talent for deep tech, hardware, frontier tech, or dual-use companies into niche, hard-to-fill roles.
• AI-Native Recruiting: Builds AI into daily sourcing, screening, and pipeline work as a matter of course, and is quick to adopt new tools as they emerge.
• Creative Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Designs and executes data-informed sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Assessment Design & Bias Mitigation: Builds structured, evidence-based interview processes that ensure fairness and predictive validity.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, balancing business needs with talent quality and process integrity.
• Operational Rigor & Prioritization: Manages multiple parallel searches efficiently, maintaining process consistency, compliance, and a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborative Team Player: Works openly and generously with TA colleagues, actively seeking and sharing input, supporting others, and prioritising collective success over individual ownership. Nice to haves:
• Hands-on experience running full-cycle recruitment inside Ashby is a strong plus.
