Lead a portfolio of laboratory infrastructure investments from concept development through commissioning and operational handover, ensuring delivery against business, schedule, budget, and performance objectives. Partner with Laboratory Operations, scientists, engineers, Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), procurement teams, consultants, contractors, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions. Translate business, scientific, and operational objectives into executable infrastructure programs while aligning diverse stakeholders and driving timely decision-making. Provide portfolio-level leadership across multiple concurrent projects by managing risks, dependencies, resource requirements, governance processes, and stakeholder communications. Deliver clear recommendations, trade-off analyses, budget proposals, and project status updates to leadership, enabling informed investment and execution decisions. Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, analytical, business, or program management field, or equivalent experience. Experience delivering infrastructure projects supporting laboratory, research, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, energy, or data center environments. Familiarity with laboratory and critical infrastructure systems, including electrical distribution, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, process cooling, specialty gases, facility controls, and utility systems. Experience leading technical programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders, organizations, and disciplines. Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to drive innovation and efficiency in program planning, portfolio management, research gathering, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day task automation. Ability to work effectively in an AI-first environment using modern AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate project delivery, decision-making, and operational excellence. Experience developing infrastructure investment strategies, capital project portfolios, and multi-year facility roadmaps. Experience partnering with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and external service providers throughout the project lifecycle. Experience supporting commissioning, operational readiness, and infrastructure handover activities. Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and build partnerships across diverse technical and business stakeholders. Experience operating successfully in highly technical, rapidly evolving, and ambiguous environments. Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team initiatives from planning through execution. Experience identifying risks, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes across complex technical or operational environments.
