Senior Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations (all genders)

We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations, to join our Supply domain , more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonising data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation. What you will do: Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players) Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.) Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level) Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid; or Remote We are a remote-first international company with team members spread around the world. Who you are: MUST HAVE: Rail industry experience. Hands-on experience with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier and transportation industry standards. Product Management background: 4+ years of professional experience, with hands-on exposure to the technical side of the product (APIs / data products) — experience with complex products is a plus. Stakeholder management: strong track record influencing without direct authority, including at C-level, while comfortably context-switching and showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities. Management skills: solid grounding across product, process, project, and people management, developed within cross-functional teams. Background: technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; fluent in English, both verbal and written. Nice to have: Ready to lead (experience is a plus) : you may have already managed a small team of technical PMs or analysts. If not, you're excited to start.
