Design an end-to-end measurement system for the Find, Try, Buy, and Manage customer and partner journeys, including acquisition, discovery, engagement, conversion, activation, retention, and product-management scenarios. Build and maintain product scorecards, dashboards, funnel analyses, and recurring reports that provide timely visibility into adoption, conversion, customer friction, reliability, and business impact. Evaluate and improve the quality, completeness, consistency, freshness, and reliability of Marketplace data used for product decisions and reporting. Create self-service measurement capabilities that enable product teams to answer common questions while maintaining consistent definitions and governance. Apply AI-assisted analytical techniques to accelerate insight generation, identify emerging patterns, and improve the efficiency of product investigations. Align stakeholders on measurement priorities, metric definitions, analytical conclusions, dependencies, and tradeoffs. Foster an inclusive, data-driven culture focused on customer obsession, intellectual honesty, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, or building large scale platform or commerce systems. Experience driving complex, cross team initiatives from strategy through delivery. Written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive audiences. Experience leading projects with empathy, operate inclusively, and build trust across diverse stakeholders. Experience working on platforms, marketplaces, APIs, or developer ecosystems. Systems thinking, with the ability to design capabilities that scale across products, customers, and geographies. Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive prioritization and measure impact. CEAIjobs Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
