Partner with customers, executives, engineering, and business leaders to understand needs, uncover gaps, and shape long-term strategy. Leverage data, telemetry, automation, and AI-driven insights to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and inform decision making. Define program vision, priorities, success metrics, and roadmaps for complex cross-functional initiatives. Establish and optimize processes, governance models, and operational rhythms to improve efficiency and reduce organizational friction. Partner across engineering, product, security, design, marketing, and field teams to deliver integrated customer and business solutions. Monitor business and solution performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and telemetry, translating insights into continuous improvement actions. Champion responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, accessibility, and quality standards across all initiatives. Mentor and coach program managers and cross-functional teams on strategic thinking, problem solving, execution excellence, and data-driven decision making. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategy, organizational priorities, and transformation initiatives. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). 3+ years experience with AI specific development and programs. 4+ years experience with cloud infrastructure. 4+ years customer facing delivery experience. 2+ years experience specific to application development. Advanced working knowledge of enterprise security practices. Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment. Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills. Conversant knowledge of competing platforms and solutions. Proven track record of building deep relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ISV, MSP, CD and SIs. Executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences. Proficient Problem solver, leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners. Orchestration of application development lifecycle. Experience in vertical industries, proven by projects/solutions implemented with substantial business processes covering Financial and Insurance, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, or other business to consumer industry scenarios. Demonstrable architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of complex application architectures Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and understand relevant cloud trends is required.
