Analyze data to identify, prototype, and drive the implementation of technical and process improvements to increase the predictability, agility, and quality of our capacity deployment systems. Continuously drive improvements in the Time-to-Market (TTM) for the introduction of new cloud services Ability to effectively communicate with and influence partner teams. Provide technical and program leadership with respect and integrity. Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, mitigating risks, and keeping processes running smoothly. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. OR equivalent experience. Experience in a software engineering role designing, building, or operating large-scale distributed systems, with demonstrated ability to apply that technical depth to cross-functional technical program management. Experience driving end-to-end delivery of GPU/AI infrastructure capabilities across software engineering, hardware, datacenter operations, and deployment teams; familiarity with firmware, diagnostics, serviceability, or fleet-recovery workflows is preferred. 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 2+ years' experience in creating, managing, or optimizing a software product lifecycle or manufacturing system. 2+ years' experience in using data analytics for continuous improvement and risk management. 6+ years' experience managing cross-functional teams and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s)' experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). 2+ years' experience with large-scale distributed systems, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud services engineering. 6+ years' experience demonstrating ability to build relationships and influence in a matrixed organization.
