Responsibilities include identifying quality gaps across customer scenarios, defining and standardizing success metrics, improving the consistency and trustworthiness of telemetry and reporting, and driving process improvements that scale across organizations. ​​Drive Quality Rhythm of Business (ROB), governance, and operational excellence processes across multiple organizations, ensuring quality priorities, commitments, risks, and execution progress are consistently reviewed, tracked, and driven to resolution. Establish and evolve governance frameworks, executive review cadences, and reporting mechanisms that provide leadership visibility, enable data-driven decision-making, and drive accountability across teams. Translate organizational strategies, quality priorities, and service health objectives into actionable programs with clear deliverables, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional alignment. Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic gaps, operational inefficiencies, and recurring quality challenges, and leading initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and execution rigor. Leverage service health signals, telemetry, and business insights to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, influence prioritization and investment decisions, and ensure teams focus on the highest-impact quality opportunities.​ Embody our culture and values. ​​Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.​ ​​Experience driving Rhythm of Business (ROB), governance, operational reviews, or organizational execution programs. Experience working with large-scale cloud services, service operations, quality programs, or operational excellence initiatives. Experience leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and organizational boundaries. Experience leveraging automation, reporting, or AI-driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decision making.​
