Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations based in United States. This role drives strategic program execution across high-priority workstreams spanning customer outcomes, threat operations, cybersecurity, and AI. You will manage complex initiatives involving threat intelligence partnerships, AI model programs, and high-visibility strategic engagements. The position sits at the intersection of intelligence, detection, engineering, research, and AI, giving you broad organizational visibility. You will create structure across ambiguous and fast-moving initiatives, establishing clear milestones, success criteria, governance, and delivery rhythms. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable plans. You will work closely with engineering, product, security, marketing, legal, research, and external partners to drive measurable outcomes. This is a remote U.S. opportunity for an experienced program leader who wants to influence how cybersecurity and AI initiatives are delivered at scale.

Manage the operational lifecycle of threat intelligence partnerships, including external data feeds and strategic intelligence-sharing arrangements, while coordinating internal intelligence-sharing programs across security, marketing, product, and related teams. Lead partnership lifecycle activities from evaluation and onboarding through governance, renewals, performance tracking, and ongoing coordination, ensuring agreements, deliverables, data-sharing requirements, and timelines remain on track. Support the program management of AI model access and vendor programs, including usage tracking, cross-functional coordination, structured planning, implementation, and reporting for AI model integration initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Research teams to translate AI model capabilities and access requirements into actionable project plans, milestones, success criteria, risk management activities, and delivery timelines. Lead program management for high-visibility Threat Operations engagements, including industry evaluations, quarterly and annual threat reports, and strategic projects from initial scope definition through execution and final delivery. Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders, proactively identify and mitigate risks, provide transparent status updates to leadership, and develop standard operating procedures that improve delivery efficiency. Build and maintain structured program cadences covering status reviews, decision logs, dependencies, KPIs, stakeholder communications, and execution tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams. Identify recurring operational friction and execution gaps, then translate those findings into improvements to processes, tooling, and organizational practices aligned with broader business objectives. Requirements Bring 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery, ideally within a technology or cybersecurity organization. Demonstrate a strong combination of technical program management discipline and cybersecurity knowledge, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accountability for delivery. Have experience managing external vendors and strategic partners, including contract governance, SLAs, data-sharing agreements, performance tracking, and relationship coordination. Possess familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, AI vendor access programs, or technical program management within an AI-adjacent environment. Be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear project deliverables, milestones, success criteria, and communications for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence teams and drive execution without direct authority. Take a proactive and accountable approach to problem-solving, creating structure in ambiguous environments and identifying opportunities to improve processes and execution. Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms, or security operations is highly desirable. Experience with threat intelligence programs, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting is a significant advantage. Benefits Base salary range of $132,000–$182,000 USD , with the applicable range varying based on the candidate's location. Equity opportunities through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) . Flexible time off, paid company holidays, paid sick time, and gender-neutral parental leave, plus grandparent leave. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Life and disability insurance, health and dependent care FSAs, voluntary hospital, accident, and critical illness benefits, and an Employee Assistance Program. Additional support including prepaid legal services, nationwide pet insurance, cancer care programs, and global business travel medical insurance. Remote-work support through a home office allowance and mobile phone reimbursement. Wellness resources including access to a wellness coach and wellness or gym reimbursement. Fertility coverage and adoption and surrogacy reimbursement.
