Experienced talent is one of the foundational pillars to our recruitment strategy. That’s where you come in.   In this role you will be responsible for advancing Optiver’s end-to-end experienced recruitment strategy to find, attract, and hire experienced technical talent. You will work closely with leaders across the business on what is needed now and into the future. This role will focus on technology recruitment.   What you’ll do   As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of specialists, focusing on key areas that contribute to the team’s goals. Responsibilities include:   Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and lead complex offer negotiations through offer acceptance Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, providing market insights, coaching on hiring best practices, and guiding hiring decisions through data and expertise Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, leveraging market mapping, referrals, research, and creative outreach to build high-quality pipelines Take a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline health, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform hiring strategy Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance, representing Optiver's culture throughout the recruitment journey What you’ll get   You’ll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above.    Base Salary Range $140,000 — $165,000 USD
