This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture based in the United States. This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on attracting specialized engineering, architecture, construction, and technical professionals. You will own searches across hard-to-fill disciplines where many qualified candidates are passive and require thoughtful, credible engagement. The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship building, and full-cycle recruiting support. You will partner with hiring leaders across multiple business units, offices, disciplines, and time zones in a collaborative remote environment. As the organization continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, hiring needs will remain dynamic and evolving. You will build deep knowledge of technical disciplines, credentials, project experience, and talent markets to strengthen hiring decisions. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of a people-focused, employee-owned engineering and professional services organization.
