Senior Validation Project Manager- Reliability Lab

As a Validation Project Manager in our Reliability Lab, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all validation and testing projects within the lab. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products and systems meet quality and reliability standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with major automotive customers, driving our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products to our clients.

What will your job look like?

• Manage, Lead, plan, and execute validation projects within the Reliability Lab, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

• Oversee the design and execution of test plans, protocols, and procedures for product and system validation

• Manage a team of validation engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support

• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines

• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results

• Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation of test processes, results, and any deviations

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or a related discipline). Master's degree preferred

• 10+ years of experience in engineering

• Strong knowledge of validation, automation systems and embedded SW

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and resources

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements- an advantage

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
