Lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed technology and advisory organization serving public-sector markets across the United States. Own the evolution of the brand, integrating acquired and legacy identities into a unified market presence. Drive demand generation, digital marketing, thought leadership, events, communications, and marketing operations to support measurable revenue growth. Build and lead a high-performing distributed marketing organization with clear priorities, accountability, and talent development. Develop AI-enabled marketing capabilities that improve personalization, efficiency, campaign execution, and lead generation. Partner closely with Sales, go-to-market, and executive leadership to connect marketing investment with pipeline, market expansion, and customer engagement.
