Senior Workday Change Management Consultant

This role offers the opportunity to lead change management initiatives across Workday implementation projects for clients in diverse industries. You will help organizations navigate business and technology transformation while driving successful adoption of new processes and solutions. The position combines strategic change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and user adoption. You will work closely with client leaders and functional teams to understand impacts, address challenges, and build practical roadmaps for success. The role also provides opportunities to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the evolution of change management methodologies. With a collaborative, consulting-focused environment, you will manage multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality client experiences. The position is remote or Chicago-based, with approximately 25%–50% travel depending on client needs.
