Responsibilities:
- Prepare Baseline Project Schedules in compliance with contract requirements, using Primavera P6.
- Review and integrate schedules related to Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, Construction, Pre commissioning and Commissioning.
- Monitor Projects progress and update Weekly/Monthly schedules based on actual execution.
- Prepare project planning deliverables including WBS, Manpower Histograms, S-Curves, Productivity reports, and resources loading plans.
- Track critical path and highlight schedule risks, delay, and mitigation plans to management.
- Conduct delay analysis, including EOT justification reports as per contractual guidelines.
- Coordinate planning procurement for monitoring long lead item, vendor schedules and material availability to avoid delays.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress reports ,and present updates to management and Client.
- Ensure compliance with standard, project specification and internal planning procedures.
- Support cost control and budget tracking team by providing schedules based on forecasts and progress validation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- PMP preferred
