You think about search holistically and want to keep growing across different SEO disciplines — from technical SEO to onpage and information architecture, content, offpage signals, and generative AI search. You bring solid Core SEO fundamentals and are ready to take ownership of your own topics in a field that is currently being fundamentally transformed by LLMs and AI-based search systems. As the international leading marketplace for luxury watches, Chrono24 operates in highly competitive markets across numerous countries, languages, and search ecosystems. In this role, you'll join our experienced SEO team and work on advancing our organic visibility across both traditional search engines and new AI-based search systems. From day one, you'll take ownership of your own topics, backed by an experienced team you can grow with professionally across a broad range of areas.

What You Can Expect

• You'll drive your own SEO and GEO topics from analysis to launch, working with the team to tackle our biggest levers: scalable content architectures and international indexing and crawl management.
• You'll measure how LLM-based search systems (e.g. AI Overviews, ChatGPT, conversational search) affect visibility, traffic, and user journeys, and derive concrete optimization approaches for Chrono24.
• You'll take ownership of a specific country or site segment and drive its organic performance forward. You'll track new ranking signals, presentation formats, and traffic shifts, and assess what they mean for us.
• You'll build analyses and dashboards, surface traffic shifts early, and present them clearly to the SEO team and other stakeholders.
• You'll independently drive your topics through the organization — from analysis through ticketing to rollout — working closely with Tech, Product, Content, and Data.

What Sets You Apart

• You have 1–3 years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in a larger, international, or platform setting. You have the fundamentals down and are ready to take ownership of your own topics.
• You have a solid understanding of technical SEO, content architecture, and ranking mechanics, and ideally have already seen firsthand how changes play out on a large website.
• You've already worked hands-on with LLMs, GEO, and AI-based search interfaces — for example, measuring visibility in AI Overviews or LLM responses, building related analyses, or optimizing content specifically for them.
• You enjoy working with data and have experience with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix/Semrush, internal BI tools, or comparable setups. You pull your own numbers rather than waiting for reports.
• You think analytically and in a structured way, execute tasks pragmatically, and enjoy digging into complex SEO challenges.
• You have very good German and English skills, communicate your findings clearly, enjoy cross-team collaboration, and take ownership of your topics.
