Active Directory- Admin Experience is required Adding new users/computers Passwords Deleting users from AD New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience. Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience is required Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point Should know how to assign the license and recapture licenses Setting up new printers/peripherals Installation/set up Trouble shoot any issue. Experience with Print Server Setting up/troubleshoot Hardware Experience with installing Software Experience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta Setting up Resetting Password VPN/Wi-Fi Setting up VPN/ Wi-Fi Trouble shoot VPN/Wi-Fi issues Experience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira Open/modify/close Service requests.
Multitasking Work well under pressure. Team player/ Work in a Team environment
