Service Relationship Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Relationship Specialist based in Canada. Join a senior client-facing role supporting some of the largest and most complex corporate group benefits relationships across Canada. You’ll partner with account executives, advisors, consultants, and internal specialists to deliver exceptional service and sustainable client outcomes. The role combines strategic relationship management, complex issue resolution, client education, presentations, and business development. You’ll advise sophisticated plan sponsors on plan design, technology, administration, reporting, and evolving benefits needs. You’ll also play a key role in retaining existing business and supporting new business opportunities through consultative expertise and compelling presentations. Success requires strong judgment, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels. This is a flexible, remote opportunity with occasional travel for client meetings, employee sessions, wellness events, and national corporate engagements.
