About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Service Sales Manager to drive aftermarket sales, service contracts, maintenance solutions, and customer relationship management across industrial cooling, heat transfer, and engineering service sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, expanding the service portfolio, increasing recurring revenue streams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Service Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for maintenance contracts, refurbishment projects, repairs, retrofits, and aftermarket services.
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline across key industrial sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close service agreements in line with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and identify service opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Service Contract Management

  • Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), preventive maintenance programs, and service agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure commitments are delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful service execution.

Technical & Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop practical solutions for customers.
  • Review customer requirements and provide technically sound recommendations.
  • Support pricing strategies, costing exercises, and commercial evaluations.
  • Ensure proposals meet both technical specifications and profitability expectations.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, power, marine, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop action plans to strengthen market presence and increase service market share.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to senior management.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with service operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports and business development updates.
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6–12 years of experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, technical sales, or business development within industrial engineering, HVAC, cooling systems, heat exchangers, power generation, marine, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving service revenue targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance services, equipment lifecycle management, and industrial service operations.
