Coordinate subordinate supervisors, service operators and assistants during rig-up and rig-down; plan jobs and crew instructions; support customer satisfaction, data handling and equipment preparation; coach staff; and enforce HSE and quality processes.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a technical mechanical, electrical or related qualification, four years of experience as a coiled-tubing supervisor, well-site calculation capability, advanced English and strong leadership/negotiation skills.
