ServiceNow Engagement Manager

This role is an opportunity to lead ServiceNow consulting and delivery initiatives that help organizations improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency. You will advise clients on business requirements, platform solutions, strategic roadmaps, and opportunities for optimization. Working closely with technical architects, business process consultants, program leaders, and stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into effective solutions. The position combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise with consulting, delivery leadership, requirements analysis, and client engagement. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and design through implementation, training, and go-live support. Analyze detailed business requirements, translate them into platform requirements, and recommend appropriate ServiceNow solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency. Support the development and enhancement of ServiceNow applications, including the design and implementation of new functionality and product improvements. Apply application development methodologies and standards across program analysis, solution design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation activities. Prepare high-level solution and design documentation based on project requirements, process flows, business cases, and agreed technical approaches. Partner with project and delivery leadership to identify efficiencies, growth opportunities, improvement initiatives, and future platform or product roadmaps. Work closely with clients, technical architects, business process consultants, program management, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. Review training materials and participate in client fulfiller training sessions, while supporting successful adoption of implemented solutions and capabilities. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow and a strong understanding of the platform and its capabilities. 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, technical delivery, delivery leadership, or a related customer-facing role involving requirements gathering, documentation, strategy development, and platform optimization. Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, understand complex business requirements, develop practical strategies, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and the ability to contribute across analysis, design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions. ServiceNow certification is preferred, particularly in areas such as ITAM, ITBM, APM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, or Service Portal/UX Design. A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to ask questions, manage ambiguity, support delivery teams, and continuously develop consulting and technical expertise. Benefits Remote role based in the United States. Compensation of $90–$100 per hour , with the actual rate depending on work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
