This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI based in Canada. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI, you will own the architecture of sophisticated ServiceNow applications that combine workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and agentic AI capabilities. You will shape scalable and secure solutions that enable AI-powered workflows while maintaining strong governance and human oversight. The role spans application design, user experiences, integrations, platform architecture, and AI orchestration. You will work closely with customer technical teams to assess environments, connectivity, identity, access, and deployment readiness. Your expertise will help ensure AI agents and automated workflows operate reliably within complex enterprise ecosystems. This is an opportunity to influence innovative ServiceNow solutions across insurance and other regulated industries.
