This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead based in Canada. We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead to drive the development of modern, AI-powered experiences on the ServiceNow platform. The role combines technical leadership with deep expertise in AI, modern frontend development, and ServiceNow architecture. You will lead engineering efforts while remaining actively involved in coding, architecture, and code reviews. A key focus will be building Lit Web Components and applying AI-native UI patterns to create intuitive user experiences. You will also contribute to the integration of AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols into enterprise solutions. The position offers the opportunity to mentor developers and establish modern engineering practices across the team. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
