Own the review, negotiation and approval of non-standard contract terms and non-standard contract documents. Drive business adherence to Services guidelines and policies. Ensure negotiation strategies for services adhere to established principles and standards and help adapt those principles to the evolving technology marketplace. Embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will hold at least 7 years of directly applicable experience in software licensing, services and sales. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, oral and written communication ability, adaptable to engagements with all levels of an organization. Proven complex negotiation skills. Strong attention to workflows and deadlines. Thoughtful risktaking, with a demonstrated growth mindset and curiosity to learn independently. Software/Cloud services industry, consulting, and support experience preferred.
