About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the Wynn Rewards team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Oversee Wynn Rewards desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high levels of guest engagement and professionalism
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes
- Monitor program enrollment and usage metrics, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in training new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff
- Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional promotions and guest experiences
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest service or loyalty program operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency in loyalty systems and guest service platforms
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an asset
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
