Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and system records, ensuring material accuracy and compliance with safety requirements.

Manage material holds, quarantined inventory, mystery materials, and related case follow-up while partnering with Customer Service and Planning teams.

Organize, store, and transfer inventory to support production demands and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Process domestic and international shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, documentation, freight coordination, and shipping quotes.

Generate and maintain accurate shipping records, resolve documentation discrepancies, and manage shipment queues to ensure on-time delivery.

Conduct quality inspections, select appropriate packaging, and ensure products are protected throughout the shipping process.

Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while escalating issues and discrepancies as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers to coordinate workflow and resolve logistics challenges.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, including pallet preparation and warehouse storage activities.

Follow all safety, housekeeping, and compliance requirements to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory issues, providing clear communication and documentation to stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Warehouse Experience

Dock Experience

Signed off on Logistics curriculum

Signed off on Receiving or Shipping Curriculum

Key Competencies:

AX, Forklift, MRS, MES, FedEx Worldship, UPS Worldship, Salesforce, DOMO

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Able to work safely with sharp tools/objects, such as but not limited to, hobby knives, utility knives, pliers

Able to use a computer, calculator and do basic arithmetic

Able to read and write in English

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment

Must be punctual and have good attendance

Good written and oral communication skills; must be able to write and respond to email (MS Outlook)

Strong attention to detail

AX competency

Prior work as a Logistics Associate II (Signed off on Shipping or Receiving)

Prior experience with an ERP system like Microsoft AX

Prior dock experience

Forklift Certification
