Showroom sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and maintain the overall presentation of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance — Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Sales Achievement — Meet monthly sales targets and support overall showroom performance.
• Product Knowledge — Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Showroom Maintenance — Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Billing & Documentation — Prepare invoices, quotations, and sales receipts.
• Customer Follow‑up — Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after‑sales support.
• Stock Coordination — Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability.

Additional Details

• Must be willing to work weekends or extended hours if required.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience — 1–2 years of sales experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Communication Skills — Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Customer Handling — Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Computer Skills — Basic MS Office and POS knowledge.
• Teamwork — Ability to work well with the showroom and operations team.
