The RISE mission is to Accelerate Internet for the Philippines - we do this by focusing on the overall customer experience; providing excellent internet services while creating a positive impact on our partners and their industries.
From very humble beginnings and with a desire to carry out our mission, we have grown to serve business and wholesale customers in Cebu, Manila, and Davao. Our business customers come from varying industries, such as real estate, IT, and business process outsourcing, to name a few. Nonetheless, they all have one thing in common: they require high-quality service and great customer support.
To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

A Site Acquisition Coordinator will typically be a fresh graduate or a career shifter. In general they will be applying their base knowledge to completing daily administrative tasks for Site Acquisition teams under the guidance of more senior personnel. They should have a good understanding of sales processes and basic knowledge of the business and services, along with a high level of attention to detail and drive towards learning more.
Assist in end-to-end project management of building/client installs involving building acquisition
Provide sales and administrative support to the Site Acquisition team, including managing schedules, coordinating with internal teams on logistics or procurement, and preparing documents or paperwork needed by the team to maximize operational tasks
Monitor and report on progress of acquisition and after sales activities of Site Acquisition team
Manage the help desk function, including responding to inquiries or endorsements and assigning tickets to appropriate team members
Act as point of contact for the team when team members are onsite or away
Assist in generating leads via outbound calling and other outreach methods
Proactively conduct research to identify potential clients and ideal industries for products and services
Utilize CRM and databases to ensure accurate and complete data input on customer records and sales activities
Prepare detailed sales reports containing relevant information on various topics such as sales, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, etc.
Provide support to process improvement initiatives in the SAQ division including documentation and execution
Provide ad-hoc support to the team on special projects
Handle all customer information based on data privacy law
University/Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and basic Excel formulas
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written business communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifies efficiencies in projects and ad hoc tasks
Has a strong sense of urgency, is highly reliable, and demonstrates excellent customer service skills
