Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve any construction-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure that all construction activities align with EGA (Emirates Global Aluminium) project requirements and standards.
- Lead and motivate the construction team, ensuring high performance and collaboration on-site.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE.

Proven track record in managing complex construction projects, preferably in industrial or large-scale developments.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and UAE construction regulations.

Proficiency in using project management and construction software tools.
