Job Responsibilities:
- Perform integration, commissioning, and end-to-end deployment of telecom sites for Etisalat, Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson equipment.
- Conduct site surveys, installation, and testing of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
- Handle troubleshooting, fault rectification, and quality assurance for telecom network infrastructure.
- Work on MW (Microwave) and RF systems, ensuring seamless network integration and performance.
- Execute power and battery system installations, ensuring optimal site functionality.
- Coordinate with Etisalat and other stakeholders for site acceptance and handover.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including reports and as-built documentation.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during site implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Etisalat projects and strong knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson equipment.
- Expertise in integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecom networks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and team coordination.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
