Be the welcoming face of ACC for customers visiting our Dunedin HubDeliver varied administrative support that keeps services running smoothlyPermanent role with strong benefits in a values'led organisation About the role | M&#333 te t&#363ranga mahi As a Site Operations Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Visitors to our Dunedin Hub, providing a professional, welcoming and proactive experience. You will deliver a broad range of office and operational administrative services that support the effective day'to'day running of ACC's Hubs and Sites, helping ensure customers are supported in the right way, at the right time. You'll play a pivotal role in providing front'of'house services, operational administrative support, and coordination across site activities, contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $60,486 - $68,314 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time. About you | M&#333u You will bring:Experience in administration, reception or front'of'house rolesStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsCultural awareness, empathy, and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgroundsConfidence working in a digital environment using multiple systems and toolsSound judgement, initiative, and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA collaborative, flexible, and proactive working styleYou must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.Please note this is an office'based role, with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
