Full job description
To oversee and monitor the functions of the technical aspects of the Slot Department.
- Provides support to the Director of Slots and Slot Manager through system reports.
- Oversees the slot technician function.
- Creates, edits, and prepares slot system reports, interacting with the slot system including the development and testing of electronic gaming devices.
- Investigates deviations noted in the monthly slot reports.
- Coordinates moves and conversions.
- Directs the training an assignment of the technicians.
- Ensures that all duties are performed in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
Qualifications and requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of Gaming Experience
- Strong diagnostic, electronic and computer skills.
- Knowledge of machine performance analysis.
