This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Analyst based in United States. This remote role focuses on social media analytics, online reputation management, and digital trend identification across a broad brand ecosystem. You will monitor social conversations, reviews, and brand mentions to help protect and strengthen online reputation. The role combines data analysis with social media strategy, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams and leadership while supporting social initiatives at corporate, agency, and individual levels. You will also track competitors and emerging trends to uncover opportunities for growth. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and a genuine interest in digital marketing.
Monitor corporate social media inboxes, route incoming messages to the appropriate internal teams, and help ensure timely responses. Use social listening and reputation-management platforms to monitor brand mentions, conversations, sentiment, and potential reputation risks. Analyze social media performance data and prepare weekly and monthly reports for social media strategy teams and divisional leadership. Identify emerging trends and patterns in social media data to support new initiatives, content development, and monitoring strategies. Monitor incoming online reviews and escalate low-rated or unanswered reviews to the appropriate strategy team. Develop competitor reports that identify opportunities to strengthen social media presence, engagement, and reputation. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to coordinate strategies across corporate, agency, and individual business-owner or agent levels. Contribute insights and recommendations that improve social media performance and strengthen digital brand presence. Maintain accurate, timely reporting and documentation while managing multiple assignments and priorities. Support additional social media and digital marketing initiatives as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role. Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, online reputation, and emerging digital trends. Ability to analyze data, recognize meaningful patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights. Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout, or similar tools. Experience with online reputation and review-management platforms such as Birdeye, Talkwalker, Google Business Profile, or comparable solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm when taking on new projects or identifying opportunities. Ability to collaborate effectively with management, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
