This role leads organic social media and content initiatives for a growing B2B technology environment. You’ll shape social storytelling across priority channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. The position combines creative content development with brand management, executive thought leadership, and performance optimization. You’ll turn customer, product, people, and industry insights into engaging stories that resonate with professional audiences. Working across marketing, communications, creative, and product teams, you’ll help execute campaigns and strengthen brand visibility. The Social Media & Content Specialist will manage day-to-day organic social execution while creating compelling content, supporting executive visibility, and using performance insights to continuously improve the social strategy. Execute the organic social media strategy, editorial calendar, and day-to-day content delivery across priority channels, particularly LinkedIn. Create original, social-first content that drives awareness and engagement among target B2B audiences. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across social channels and key marketing touchpoints. Support senior executives with social content and thought leadership initiatives, including ghostwriting and content recommendations. Identify compelling stories across customers, products, employees, and industry developments using established storytelling frameworks. Monitor social listening insights and content performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Apply testing and optimization approaches to improve content engagement and overall social performance. Collaborate with content, creative, communications, product marketing, and other teams on campaigns and content initiatives. Help ensure social content aligns with broader messaging, brand standards, and marketing objectives. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines hands-on social media expertise with exceptional writing, editorial judgment, storytelling ability, and an understanding of how B2B audiences engage with content. 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience working in B2B technology or SaaS environments is preferred. Demonstrated success executing social media programs and managing content calendars for B2B audiences. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content across brand, executive, and social voices. Strong instincts for brand, storytelling, audience engagement, and compelling content. Experience supporting senior executives with social content and thought leadership. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B social media platforms. Ability to use social listening and performance data to inform content decisions and optimization. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams. Creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple content priorities. Benefits: $73,000–$80,000 annual base salary. Annual discretionary bonus eligibility. Three medical plan options, plus dental and vision coverage. Employer HSA contribution for employees enrolled in the HDHP plan. 401(k) with a 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2%. Flexible paid time off. 7 paid sick days and 9 paid company holidays annually. Paid leave for birth parents, non-birth parents, and caregivers. Surrogacy and adoption reimbursement. 100% employer-paid life and disability insurance. Voluntary hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident, and pet insurance. Healthcare FSA, HSA, and dependent care FSA options. One paid volunteer day each year. Fully remote position within the United States. Opportunity to shape social storytelling and brand presence within an AI-focused technology environment. Collaborative, inclusive workplace that values diversity, authenticity, and different perspectives.
