Why you'll love this role We’re looking for a culturally fluent, forward-thinking Social Media Coordinator to join StockX’s Brand Marketing team. This role is for someone steeped in culture, has an understanding of social trends and an understanding of social storytelling. You’ll ideate, create, edit and execute social-first content that captures what’s happening now and connects it back to StockX, balancing real-time creativity with thoughtful planning. You'll play a vital role in shaping our brand's online identity and driving engagement, heavily focused on TikTok and Instagram  What you'll do: TikTok — Owned and Creator Content Lead daily content creation and posting on TikTok to strengthen our relationship with the sneaker and apparel community, while building StockX’s presence within the Trading Cards, Vintage, and other emerging communities. Own the owned-content calendar and posting cadence for TikTok, keeping the content library and asset tracker current. Manage the creator content process end-to-end, including shipping product for videos, reviewing submissions, and keeping content flowing on schedule. Oversee post formatting, product tagging, captions, and SOPs for owned content, ensuring compliance with TikTok policies Track content performance — including views, engagement, and GMV per video — and surface top performers to inform future content strategy. Coordinate content scheduling with brand priorities and platform campaign calendars to ensure consistent, aligned execution. Live Content Lead weekly cutdowns and editing of live content, including scrubbing show timestamps, developing new content pieces from key moments, and selecting music with proper rights clearance. Produce category-specific cutdowns — with a focus on Trading Cards and Vintage, among others — for use across organic and paid channels. Create celebrity stream cutdowns that build excitement and cultural credibility as live shopping scales into a major growth lever. Track and report on live performance metrics to measure impact and inform content strategy. Trading Cards (Instagram) Own and grow StockX’s Trading Cards presence on Instagram. Partner with the Account Management team to source and develop partner content. Manage regular posting and scheduling to keep the account active and engaging. Drive continued account growth through strategic content and community engagement. Additional Responsibilities Monitor and engage with the community across TikTok and Instagram, responding to comments authentically and fostering positive engagement. Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and best practices across TikTok and Instagram, translating them into content opportunities for sneakers, apparel, Trading Cards, Vintage, and beyond. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, and Account Management teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing priorities. Share performance insights and recommendations with stakeholders to inform ongoing content and platform strategy. About you: 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and platform-specific best practices. Strong instincts for what resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences. Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form content. Fluency in sneaker, apparel, and broader cultural trends. Experience with social analytics and performance tracking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, real-time environments. Willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and any other state or local hiring regulations, we will consider for employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation. Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $60,000/yr to $75,000/yr plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses.
