We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing online communities, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting brand awareness and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and other social media content aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce content
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable
- Support paid social media advertising campaigns and audience targeting
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
