We empower individuals interested in real estate investment—whether they are active investors seeking to grow their portfolios or passive investors looking to support others. Our small, close-knit team is dedicated to delivering exceptional coaching experiences through high-impact online and in-person events, educational programs, and a vibrant community.

We pride ourselves on moving fast, adapting quickly, and upholding a culture of honesty, transparency, and collaboration. Every team member wears multiple hats and is encouraged to take initiative, share candid feedback, and help drive the business forward as we continue to expand our services and reach.

About the role

This role owns and grows the company's social media presence, primarily across Instagram and Facebook.

This role is responsible for creating consistent, engaging content, managing the company's online presence, tracking performance, and using data to drive growth and credibility.

A strong storytelling ability is an important secondary skill for this role — the right person knows how to recognize a great story, capture authentic moments, and turn them into content that connects with our audience.

We are looking for a Level 2 person who can own the social media channel, set the direction, and run it independently without day-to-day management.

We are looking for someone who can step into the role with ownership and take responsibility for the channel rather than requiring ongoing training or direction to execute the work.

The focus of this role will be more heavily centered on branding specialty, while still owning the day-to-day social media presence, content, storytelling, performance, and growth outlined below.

The ideal person should be able to take the lead on the channel, identify what needs to be done, set priorities, and execute without the team needing to manage the work day to day.

Responsibilites:

Primary responsibility of the role — owning day-to-day social media execution across Instagram and Facebook.

  • Manage the day-to-day social media presence, primarily Instagram and Facebook

  • Create, schedule, and publish consistent content

  • Build and manage the social media content calendar

  • Create posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form video content

  • Write captions, hooks, and calls-to-action

  • Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices

  • Maintain a consistent, professional, and credible online presence

  • Help grow our audience and strengthen our online credibility

Storytelling

Secondary skill — the ability to recognize a great story and turn it into content that connects.

  • Identify compelling stories within our students, coaches, clients, team, and events

  • Capture authentic moments and behind-the-scenes content

  • Turn wins, experiences, and transformations into engaging content

  • Help develop testimonials and success stories

  • Understand how to tell a story through short-form content

  • Look for moments that create connection, emotion, and trust

Data, Metrics & Growth

Use performance data to drive content strategy and audience growth.

  • Track weekly and monthly social media performance

  • Monitor follower growth, reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, and leads

  • Identify top-performing and underperforming content

  • Use data to improve content and posting strategy

  • Set and track monthly growth goals

  • Test different content, hooks, formats, and strategies

  • Provide regular reporting on social media performance

  • Focus on growth, engagement, credibility, and measurable results

Event & Content Support

  • Capture social content at key events and company experiences

  • Collect photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments

  • Identify content opportunities in real time

  • Turn event experiences into content before, during, and after events

This role works weekly with the team, with additional availability for partial weekend hours to support event capture and posting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook

  • Experience creating social media content

  • Creative eye and strong attention to detail

  • Strong storytelling skills

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Comfortable filming and creating short-form video

  • Organized and consistent

  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Understands what makes content engaging

  • Focused on growth, credibility, and results

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

The primary job is social media. The differentiator is the ability to tell great stories through it.

SUCCESS MEANS

✓ Our social media is consistent. ✓ Our audience is growing. ✓ Our online credibility is increasing. ✓ Our content is engaging. ✓ Our stories are being told. ✓ Our results are measurable.
