Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will develop and manage the Company’s social media strategy, content calendar, publishing activities, community engagement, and performance reporting across relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the Company’s social media strategy.

· Prepare and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.

· Coordinate property, branding, recruitment, leadership, and corporate content.

· Manage publishing across relevant social media platforms.

· Oversee community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

· Coordinate content shoots, property campaigns, interviews, and events.

· Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour.

· Track and report reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.

· Work closely with the Content Writer, Graphic Designer and Video Editor, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Sales teams.

Requirements

· Three to five years of relevant social media experience.

· Experience developing social media strategies and content calendars.

· Strong understanding of content planning, community management, and social media analytics.

· Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills.

· Experience in Dubai real estate or the luxury sector is preferred.

· A strong portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts are required.
