As a Software Development Engineer in S3, you get to deliver these capabilities and delight our customers through teams of talented engineers and leaders. We are seeking experienced and driven Software Development Engineers to join the S3 API Webserver team, the core request processing engine that powers the S3 service relied upon by millions of users worldwide. As an SDE on our team, you will design, build, and optimize the software that enables the S3 API to run efficiently and reliably at scale. You will tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, high durability, high availability, performance optimization, and scalability, all while working on a service critical to millions of customers every day. Engineers on this team must have a deep knowledge of computer science, a solid foundation in secure engineering practices, and a genuine desire to mentor and lead their more junior teammates.
