This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Developer, Integrations based in Canada. As a Software Developer, Integrations, you will help build and scale the systems that power critical data flows across an enterprise platform. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other third-party systems through reliable APIs and data pipelines. Your work will directly influence how customers connect their systems, move data, and troubleshoot integration issues. You will tackle real-world engineering challenges including authentication, pagination, rate limits, schema changes, retries, and partial failures. The role spans backend services, workflow orchestration, data transformation, observability, and customer-facing integration experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, implementation, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to turn customer needs into scalable platform capabilities. This is an ownership-oriented opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving complex integration problems and building infrastructure that customers can depend on.
